Hopefully i'm allowed to do this

Im not trying to do anything bad and im not sure if im allowed to do this, but i want to be an active member here in one way or another. this may be a stupid reason to make a whole POST about it, but i feel it is the only way for people to see this. You see, i love a challenge, and dueling isnt the challenge, but the people behind it. I would like to duel someone strong here, it would seem fun and interesting. This is just a fun duel, i dont want anyone betting or anybody getting hurt. If im not allowed to do this then give me a second chance, i seriously didn't know.
